	To a degree I can agree with you, but in the end it is indeed
	our collective fault.  As has been duly noted, this republic
	is NOT se'f regulating and freedome is not self assuring.  We
	have to be willing to threaten the government with physical
	force, if necessary, in order to keep them walking the straight 
	and narrow.  There aren't enough Americans willing to do this.
	Without critical mass, we are neutered.

	How can anyone expect serious and meaningful change from a
	nation whose population is primarily concerned with who won
	the Stupor Bowl and who's screwing Britney Spears?  That is
	pathetic and the world laughs at us (believe me, I have 
	relatives in far flung corners of the world and they all
	say that we are the butt of many cruel jokes).

	Until sufficient numbers of people are willing to make a noise
	to get things moving in a right direction, nothing will change.
	Expecting otherwise it like going to a casino and expecting the
	game to fall in your favor.  It's stacked against you.
