Below is copy of part of an email that I recently received from the 
Countryside Agency about the "CoSIRA" drawings:

Following the closure of the CoSIRA/Rural Development 
Commission craft training workshops in Salisbury last year we 
have transferred our craft training programme to Herefordshire 
College of Technology this includes our craft drawings service. The

I called Nina Upcott last Thursday and she stated that they now 
sell the drawings.  The drawings are very nicely done and they will 
supply the drawings shown in any of their books that has a 
number.  Actually, this includes the drawings in the books 
CATALOG OF DRAWINGS FOR WROUGHT IRONWORK, 
CATALOG OF DRAWINGS FOR WROUGHT IRONWORK-GATES, 
and CATALOG OF DRAWINGS FOR WROUGHT IRONWORK-
WEATHERVANES.

The Countryside Agency still handles the books themselves.
