Thanks to all who responded to my query.  I have searched the URL's
provided, but have not found any specific reference to Iron work,
blacksmithing, or plans and drawings.  Only the fact that CoSIRA is no more
and has been merged in with other government agencies over the years.
I have sent an E-Mail off to the UK and will see if anything comes back.

In the meantime, has anyone here a recent copy of the "Catalogue of Drawings
for Wrought Ironwork"?  If so, do they still offer the full sized plans?
What is their current address to request them?
