[TheForge] Theft from Tailgate sales (was: Spring Fling Thanks)

I have been attending blacksmith conferences since 1988 and up until
about three or four years ago thefts were rarely heard of. You could leave
anything from tools and books and even money in a honor box or can with
out worry of anything being taken.NOT ANY MORE!!! It looks like our ranks
are being infiltrated by unscrupulous persons. It would be a shame if we
have to start including character references on the reqistration forms of any
future conference.
