Dan,

Yes, it's in the Iron Menagerie (pages 6 & 7) with 12 photos showing step 
by step process.

I don't think the Guild of Metalsmiths has any more copies for sale from 
their library.  But I was down to Centaur forge two weeks back and they 
still have a few copies for sale.
