It appears that you have to have both javascript and cookies enabled
to log into the site.  If, like me, you keep cookies and js disabled
at all times, the login process just returns a copy of the Photoaccess
home page.

It looks like the javascript also fetches a random piece of
advertising for you to enjoy, as well.

Sigh.  The net was such a nice place before the marketing droids took
it over.
