I am the one how taped the event but can not remember his name
Maybe Bob Bergman would know.
I think the demonstrator used to be a chef for the Queen.
Also if you would make a small list of what is on the tape and send it to me
at rog781@means.net I will see it is added to the listing at
www.umbaonline.org.  Also a listing for any other tape that does not already
have a list of demo items.
Last year I gave out post cards with my address on with the tapes that were
missing a demo list but only got one back out of a dozen.
So has the tape been worth the $6 or was it $4
