	Ooooh.  I haven't met an optimist in a loooong time.<G>  My
wife has a house.  I'm currently rebuilding a bathroom in it, which
required replumbing the *entire* house.  It *NEVER* ends with a
house, the jobs just get more expensive in money and back pain.<G>
