[TheForge] Fireplace screen

I'm getting ready to do a fireplace screen for my sister.  I'm leaning
towards a fixed screen with swinging panels but my sister is talking about
glass.  She also wants a crane but I don't see that working with a fixed
screen.

In a past post, Roger Olsen said he uses the sliding screen which could work
with glass.  I don't like the access I've seen with the commercial
combination units.

Have you guys got any preferences?  Movable screen, swinging screen, glass
w/ sliding screen?
