This provides the freedom the former chapters want and shields the board
from liability...excellent.
There is no justice in the board members being liable for every crazy iron
beater in the nation.
We are a bunch of competent ,strong headed folks and if we dont cut each
other lots of slack and respect,
then we will waste a whole lot of energy on petty conflict...like a pen
full of roosters.
Save it for the iron.
Settle your proverbial feathers.
