[TheForge] ABANA Board Minutes (don't read if not interested)

  According to the November Board minutes it would appear that all 
"chapters" have been removed from ABANA, now the official designation is 
affiliate, and that ALL former chapters of ABANA are automatically 
affiliates, problem is there are seven former chapters missing from the 
official  "affiliates" list.

What say ye Dave Mudge ?? Any comments?
