... ARF (Acadiana Regional Forge) is making a tool box with tools 
to raffle as a fund raiser. The plan was to give me the low-down 
on who, what, why, where & when so that I could get it into the 
Anvil's Ring by Monday and into the LAMA newsletter web site.
Guess that they forgot about the deadline. ARF also wanted 
to sell raffle tickets at the ABANA conference in LaCrosse.
Unfortunately, it turns out that we (ARF & ABANA) can't hold a 
raffle in Wisconsin.
So here is what ABANA has to say about it.

"Conference registration automatically enters your name into all 
of the Iron-In-The-Hat drawings! Wisconsin law prohibits 
non-Wisconsin corporations from conducting raffles. Proceeds 
from Iron-In-The-Hat events have primarily funded the scholarship 
program in the past. Please consider making a donation to the 
ABANA Scholarship Program when you register"

I will have a picture of this very nice box & tools up on the

so that you can order your raffle tickets directly from ARF.
