[TheForge] Rolling Mill

I would like to make an air hammer but my shop is in a residential area and 
I dont know if my neighbors would put up with the noise.  I am wondering if 
a press + a rolling mill would make a good substitute.  (I have no 
particular interest in damascus or blade making)
