I live at about the 2400 foot elevation nestled in the East slope of the North
Cascade Mtn Range in North Central Washington State, about 15 miles as the
crow flies from the Canadian border. Just stuck a yard stick on the extra
layout table outside my shop yesterday and it measured 22 inches, currently
it is 17 degrees.
