[Test-Equipment] Oscilloscope choices?

My wonderful Tektronix 454A is no longer wonderful. It was a victim when 
my employers building burned down. It still seems to work but I need to 
use it in X-Y mode and it seems to have a little problem. So I looked on 
eBay today to what is available and found a lot of analog scopes I'm not 
familiar with. All I really need is something to work on HF gear as well 
as semiconductor testing with a custom curve tracer device I built (like 
what a Huntron does).

Here's what I found. Any recommendations? Are any of these turkeys?
