The leads you want for the Triplett 310 series 
is their part number 79-153, which has the needle point.
Mine have an "M" impressed in the mini banana plug, which indicates
the manufacturer.

You should be able to find a cheaper source.  I bought some leads about 20 years ago, when I was acquiring Triplett 310's,
and I recall the price for a set was closer to $10 then.
I guess $25 now is like $10 then.  I'm getting old.
