Hello Ed,
I was thinking the same thing. If it is indeed 700VAC, then even a 1kV is on the edge but not sure where I can source higher rating caps that will fit. There's "some" room but it's not all that much. The 0.47uF 1kV radial fits and a slightly larger one would as well. The 0.033uV 630V is a bit smaller and can probably use something larger there. I'll keep looking.
