[Test-Equipment] Tube Socket Adapter Needed

I have two complete MX-1258/U Tube Socket Adapter Kits in their nifty metal
boxes.  Both are complete with their manuals BUT one has a mismatched
U-105/U 9 pin miniature tube socket adapter.  Might anyone have an extra
proper original needing a new home with the rest of their family?
