[Test-Equipment] LCR meter recommendations?

I don't know if Neil Heckt of AADE actually designed it himself, but as far as I know he was not a ham. I have vague memories of asking him years ago if he was one and as I recall he said he was not.

If you can find an AADE L/C meter it is a very nice unit up to 1.5 uf.  It
was designed by a ham.....
