You are right of course but you never know until you ask.  I will share you
recommendation with my friend.  He has several tube testers, as I do, but I
am not sure what tubes he can't test.  Of course he can come and use my 539C
anytime he has the inkling.

It is, but IMHO the CA-4 is selling for much more than it is worth. I am
using a modified Precision G-140 in place of the CA-4.
