Motorola Test Equipment For Sale:
.
.
Motorola S1053C AC Voltmeter:
The S1053C is an AC voltmeter with full scale readings
of 1 millivolt (-72 dBm) to 300 volts (+52 dBm) in 12
ranges, and is rated +/- 2% from 50 Hz to 300 kHz, or
+/-3% from 20 Hz to 1 MHz.
It includes a high gain isolation amplifier, and can be
AC or Battery operated. It is housed in a very heavy
duty steel case, suitable for field use, although it is
certainly lab quality, and made for such. Because of its
frequency response, it is ideal for audio measurements.
This one works fine and looks great. It has a calibration
sticker on it, which also shows the quality of this instrument.
Paper work is included for $45.

Motorola S 1067 A, Audio Generator
This audio oscillator covers from 20 Hz to 200 KHz in
four overlapping ranges. It is a laboratory quality
instrument, but is in heavy duty case that can also be
used in the field. It was often used to service Motorola
communications equipment. It can be operated from either
120 V AC, or from a battery.
It also includes a distortion analyzer as part of the unit.
This one works fine and looks great. It has a calibration
sticker on it, which also shows the quality of this instrument.
Paper work is included for $60.

Other test equipment:

RCA WV-510 A "Master Voltohymst" VTVM:
The RCA WV-510 A "Master Voltohmyst" is a very nice
instrument!
It addition to all of the "normal" VTVM functions (AC
volts, DC volts, ohms), it will also measure DC current
up to 1500 ma, using separate probes (included). AC
frequency response is from 20 Hz to 3 MHz, so it is
fine for audio AC measurements.
The meter itself is large (over 7 1/2 inches) and has
a very nice mirrored scale, so it plenty accurate. It
even has a calibration sticker on it.
The leather handle is in good shape. Cosmetically it is
very good, but of course is not perfect, since it has
some age on it.
My guess is this is the one you will use for most
everything, and your other meters will not get as much
use.
It includes both the DC current probe, plus the regular
probe with AC/DC switch, as most VTVMs have. Paper
work is also included for $100.

Eico 378 Audio Generator:
Based on a highly reliable circuit, the 378 Audio Generator
produces a very low distortion sine wave signal over a very
wide range of frequencies and is ideal for use in testing
audio amplifiers for gain and frequency response, as a signal
source for various bridge measuring circuits, for modulation
of RF signal generators, or any other application where a
stable, accurate audio sine wave must be used.
Unlike most other audio generators that require interpretation
of a dial setting with possible error, the frequency determining
elements of the Model 378 are set by positive setting detent
switches that select combinations of 1% resistors and 2%
capacitors.
The output level of this instrument can be set with great accuracy
between 0 and 10 volts RMS on a large 4-1/2 inch meter.
This one works fine, and looks very nice.
Paper work included for $60.

.
RCA WR-69 A Sweep Generator:
The WR-69 A is a sweep generator that is used
to align FM radios and TV sets.
More information is available at
http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/rca_television_fm_sweep_gene.html?language_id=2
When I connect a scope, I see a sine wave at the
output.
It looks great. Paper work is included for $40.
.
.
Hewlett Packard HP 400 AC Voltmeter:
The HP-400 series is the standard for good lab quality
voltmeters with a wide frequency response (20 Hz to
4 MHz). These meters have an amplified output
terminal that can be used as a preamp for a digital
scope, a chart recorder, etc.
The HP 400 meters are all RMS reading AC voltmeters
with a large mirrored meter.
HP 400 E
This unit has ranges from 1 mv to 300 volts full scale
(-60 to +50 dbm), with a linear mirrored scale.
This one works fine, has a calibration sticker on it,
with paper work for $75 plus shipping from Florida.
.
.
HP 5306 A, Precision DMM and Counter:
The HP 5306 A is a precision 4 1/2 digit digital multi
meter and counter combination unit. This is a lab
quality precision instrument. It is not a very high
precision, $10,000 unit, but is right below that category.
It is much better than the standard "bench" meter. It
measures DC and AC voltages to 1000 V (AC frequency
response from 40 Hz up to 100 KHz), and resistance to
10 Megs. Input impedance is 10 Meg, with extremely
high (over 80 db) Common Mode Rejection Ratio.
It also has a built in frequency counter, as an added
bonus.
It is in a metal, shielded, enclosure, and is powered by
120 V AC.
This one works 100% with really great accuracy. It looks
extremely nice.
Paper work is included for only $200.

LG (EZ Digital) 1.5 GHz Frequency Counter:
The LG (EZ Digital) FC-7150 1.5GHz Frequency Counter
measures frequencies between 0.1Hz~150MHz in A input,
50MHz~1.5GHz in C input. Input A measures Period, Total,
and RPM. It has a 9 Digit display.
Features:
Frequency measuring range: 0.1Hz~150MHz in A input,
...50MHz~1.5GHz in C input
Period/Total/RPM measurement for input A
9 digit display
High sensitivity external reference input function
Microprocessor controlled
Reciprocal technique for high resolution at low frequency
Push-scanning for selecting function and gate time
Low-pass filter installed for removing noise signal
AC/DC coupling function with selectable X1 / X10 attenuator
Data hold function
