Many of those, both LCD and LED venisons can be used as digital Dials.
The push button allows you to select the off set for the radio's
oscillator. Also the way the display will read out the frequency. As the
frequency goes higher, the display will round off. I built two of the LED
venisons. One is going into a bread board project, the other is going to
be used as a stand alone counter / crystal checker.
