[Test-Equipment] Looking for modern Sprague TO-6A

My LC102 tests up to 1000VDC, all safely current limited.  Displays leakage current on the digital readout.  Great feature.

It will not give a true test of capacitor leakage as it does not generate
higher voltage for leakage tests.  Unfortunately the Sencore units to my
knowledge are the only ones that test caps for leakage with voltage at the
caps specs.  They are pricey on ebay but no more are being made.  There is a
person that is rebuilding them and selling them.  If  you are serious about
repairs bite the bullet and pay the price.
