[Test-Equipment] Looking for modern Sprague TO-6A

I need to find a modern replacement for a Sprague TO6-A. Our lab needs
to test a wide range of capacitors for leakage and insulation
resistance. Actual capacitance value and ESR I have covered.
Electrolytics range from 10uF @ 15v to 4500uF @ 350v and 499,000uF @
35v. Will also have some electrostatic caps rated up to 1050v. The TO-6A
is only good to about 600v and is slow to charge really large caps. I've
been told that several thousand $ for a new piece of equipment is ok.
I've seen some Chinese units on the web but I've noticed that the panel
lettering is in Chinese. I can imagine what the manual is like. I'm
thinking about calling engineering at a cap company to find out what
they use. Anyone here have suggestions?

Thanks,
Ken
