[Test-Equipment] replacement CRT for HP 8563E

Hi All,

The CRT in my 8563E is getting dim, and I have been looking for
replacements.  I have no other distortion, so I believe this is due to
the CRT becoming weak rather than being a voltage problem.

The 8563E manual lists the CRT part number as 2090-0225 which cross
references to a Panasonic 170XB31.

I have found some Panasonic 170XB31 parts that may be available, but
they are labeled with part number of 2090-0236 (in addition to 170XB31).

Does anyone know if this change was just a change of part number
without functional change?

The real question is whether or not the 170XB31 labeled will work in my
8563E which has listed CRT part number of 2090-0225.

I have not opened the SA to check what tube I actually have, because if
the answer is a simple "you can use these tubes interchangeably", there
is no need to do so.

And because I am not certain I can actually get these parts, I did not
want to open it unnecessarily.
