[Test-Equipment] HP audio oscillator FS?

A workable but identical handle for -hp- instruments like the 200CD
and 410B can be gotten from

http://www.brettunsvillage.com/trunks/howto/parts/schandles.htm

The ones I've used are the kind with a loop and buckle, they will
fit the existing staples on the case. To use other handles you must
remove the staples to get the handles on them. Since clearance inside is
limited you must use rivets to replace them, screws stick out too far.
The key for a 200CD and other oscillators using lamps in the
circuit is to make sure the lamps make good contact with the sockets.
The quality of the lamps make a difference in the distortion. -hp-
"aged" the lamps but I found out that they just ran new lamps up to
barely visible heat and then backed the voltage down slowly, the idea
being to relieve strains in the filaments. The late 200CD could be
tweeked to much less than half the distortion spec and still be stable.
Very early ones would often just make the spec.
If yours has bent capacitor plates just leave them, that was a part
of the adjustment at the factory.

I have other audio generators but there's just something about that big old tube gear that attracts me to it. This one was in pretty nice shape too. I think that handle might have been a replacement and sure wish I could find some of those as my 410B could use a better handle.
