[Test-Equipment] Transistor Circuit Design Question

Hi Ron,

Yes, I've seen several options (new LCDs with a uP, LEDs with dropping resistors, etc.). I have some HP 5802-7302 "dot style" LED displays with built-in latches that I want to use. So far, things look good but I'm just wondering about making this sap the least amount of power necessary.

Thanks!
