[Test-Equipment] Seeking Documentation on SCITEQ Microwave Synthesizer 1.13-1.76 GHz .5 Ghz span Model VDS-6000-922

I have bought this for Microwave use on the Amateur Radio Portion of the 
Microwave Allocation.

I have not been able to locate ANY documentation.

This is coming, and it has the test results when tested in 1993.

The Canadian Government used these for frequency hopping systems and 
test beds.

They were also used in the U.S. by Titan SATCOM in the NW region of the U.S.
