[Test-Equipment] Looking for Specs, Optimax AH-4022B

I'm trying to find a legible spec or data sheet for a mid-80's RF 
Module made by Optimax, I think in Pennsylvania. This is a TO-3 
package with 4 leads. I have an old military sheet that was faxed 
twice too often and the operating voltage and absolute maximum 
voltage values are no long legible, but look like they may be 24 VDC 
and 30 or 32 VDC, respectively. I have reason to believe they should 
be a whole lot lower, however. It doesn't show up on the web. Anybody 
have anything? Thanks!
