[Test-Equipment] Millivac MV-723B info

I have a Millivac MV-723B RF Millivoltmeter with probe and accessories 
and it seems to work fine, but I'd like to have a manual so I can 
calibrate it and wonder if there are any sources other than the $40 
flat-fee from the manufacturer.    This model has an edgewise analog 
meter as well as a digital display and if anyone is familiar with it, 
I'm curious how the two are supposed to be interpreted.   I thought they 
were indicating the difference in input level from the selected range 
but the two don't agree.

Since this unit has a US Army cal sticker I thought there might be an 
Army manual in the public domain.
