   First off it's frequency limit is 60 MHz, does that fit into your plans?
   You can use a RF generator with a UHF diode and a Volt meter to tune 
a duplexer if you have a couple of days.  The problem is everything you 
tune effects everything as a rule so you have to go over everything over 
and over and over without a direct display, using a sweep signal.
