My HP8656B comes on in a locked-up state (most of the time) where all the LEDs and LED segments are on. I looked on ebay for parts units and notice there are a number on there that have the same problem, so the problem is not uncommon. Has anyone had personal experience with this problem and found the solution? 73 Bill wa4lav
