Examination of the original post and the AN/USM-159 manual clearly shows that the OP was referring to the round 3-pin female connector on the power cord which mates with the power receptacle on the front of the meter. That was what I addressed in my original reply. Power cords for military instruments using that connector are often missing. IIRC that is a military Series 48 connector.
