[Test-Equipment] Crystal Marker Boards for HP 675A Sweeping Signal Generator

Does anyone have a manual for any of the HP 11300A single frequency crystal marker boards for the HP 675A? There is none on the Agilent site or in the HP Archive. With a copy of the manual I might try rolling my own. Do any of you see ever these for sale at reasonable prices? I don't see any in current or completed listings on eBay.
