OK.
606-B: I have just found that giving the various exposed and noisy pots a
blast
of switch has cleaned up the erratic behavior (for example, the delta-F
control
now smoothly swings the frequency through the zero-beat position. Before
blasting, it was horribly noisy, and would 'warble' in some parked
positions).
