Is anyone on the reflector using an HP 434A Calorimetric Power Meter? If anyone is and has a source for small quantities (say, quarts) of the Xiameter PMX-200 1cs silicone fluid (successor to the Dow-Corning 200 fluid originally used by HP) please let me know - I don't really want to spend about $1,000 plus shipping from CA for a 5 gallon pail, or pay a $500 minimum order charge for a quart. I am about to rehab my 434A (and fortunately I have a junker for spare parts) in order to calibrate some coaxial line section broadband sample ports for use with a spectrum analyzer. The only thing that I would need and would not have on hand is the silicone fluid. I would hate to spring a leak without some fluid on hand to replenish the reservoir after fixing the leak. After all, this puppy is about 50 years old. :-)
