[Test-Equipment] Dranetz 658 Service Manual

Greetings;

Does anyone have a source for the Service Manual (Dranetz SM 115000-G1) 
or the FSN equivalent?

I'm having power line issues (transients and short time sags) which the 
power company is reluctant to address.

Murphy at work: My 658 DONE DIED DEAD!  It appears to be a power supply 
(switcher UGGH) issue.

I am willing to pay for a copy or an original manual.

Words of wisdom that do not involve mortgaging my house will be most 
welcome.
