[Test-Equipment] HP54201 scope help

I have an HP54201 scope that has a blown channel.
I have the service manual, but it don't seem to have
any schematic for the analog board. Since the other
channel
is good, I should be able to compare the two and
trouble shoot
it fairly easily, but with no schematic even that is
difficult.
Anyone know where one can get a schematic for the
analog board?
Or is that proprietary and I am SOL?
