[Test-Equipment] looking for tube socket extenders

I need some tube socket extenders for above chassis measurements with tube in circuit by use of the extender. Anyone have any the can part with or know of a source except the e-place?  I especially need the nine pin miniature socket extender however, I am interested in extenders for other tube socket sizes and wit other numbers of pins.
