[Test-Equipment] OT: CTC tranasistor catalog?

Hello,

I am looking for a catalog with datasheets of old CTC RF power 
transistors. I remember the BM and CM series of internally matched 
(J0) devices.
Anyone has a catalog that may be scanned? Checked around on the net, 
but fond very little. Only fond memories :-)
