I am sure that NSA knows about it but doesn't care - "its not my job" to
check on spam. They are supposedly only looking for call patterns that
might indicate "terrorist" activity. If they started to deal with spam,
they would very quickly be buried.
I have seen this stuff on at least half a dozen lists/forums in the last
week alone. Its a nuisance, but I just delete them and move on.
