[Test-Equipment] Meter Mechanic

I'd like to contact off list someone who did/does mechanical work on analog
meters either as an assembler or repairman.

 

I'm looking for an education, not to buy services, and I am very familiar
with the electrical side (shunts & multipliers).

 

I'd like to post a similar request on an HP web site but these all seem to
be devoted to computers. Suggestions?
