I stand by my comment, as my unit is identical to a plain version and
made in Canada. Both 'B' and 'D' are newer than my 'C'. It _could_ be 
coincidential but, well, if no manual talks about the 'C' version, it 
sounds to me as if it could be the reason.

Have you looked inside a 'C' version and compared with a plain one?. I 
did :-)!!!

Next time I open it, I will take plenty of pictures and publish them on 
my WEB, so all of you can see them :-)
