[Test-Equipment] TV-7 Issues

According to my database, TV-7C/U was made by Stark in Canada.  All US 
manuals omit it.  I had always assumed that the "C" was coincidental and that it 
was made after the "B".  If it is closest in circuitry to the base model, 
that may be incorrect.  I had also wouldered why it wasn't called the 
TV-507/U.  Although most examples of the 500 series are systems and not basic 
components.
