[Test-Equipment] GR 1800A VTVM

Are there any examples or pictures of the 774 series on the net? I looked but, unless I don't recognize what I'm seeing, I didn't find any.
I still don't quite know how these fittings are supposed to be assembled to make a different style connector. The "double banana" arrangement is obvious enough, but don't understand how the other fittings are supposed to be used.
