[Test-Equipment] Tektronix latch handles and knobs

Two questions:

1.  Are there generic latch release handles available for tektronix plug-in modules, like the DC5010?  If not, do most people just remove the latching mechanism when their handles are broken or missing?

2.  Does anyone have a pair of grey dual concentric knobs as used on a PS503A for coarse/fine voltage control?  Same question for the larger grey knob used on the tracking control?
