Thank you for the quick reply. I have only a TM503, 3 slot cabinet. In it is a DM501 DVM and the PS503A. The LED remains on in the middle and right most slot. I did not try it in the left most slot. Maybe the TM503 is not compatible with the PS503A? I'll try to find a manual for both and lube the power switch and put some Fader Lube on the pots.

Yes. The plug-in needs to be used in a high power slot, like the
right most slot of a TM504, to support 1 amp and then the LED will go
out.

Sounds like dirty pots.
