Metcals are great, with accurate temperature control with any kind of tips;
expensive, but awesome if you are doing SMT stuff.  Mine is an old model (20
years), and the tips last forever.

You can't go wrong with Metcal RF soldering stations - wonderful products.
I am currently on holiday in Cyprus so can't tell you offhand which model I
have (220 maybe?) but have used for many years with no problems at all.
Almost instant heating time.
