I have HP-8970B Noise Figure Meter, new battery in the unit. The unit 
was tested by WA2ODO calibration tested and verified , working 100%, no 
issues, has front feet and back feet plus pull out information cards, 9 
out of 10 condition, with original HP binder manual (Not a copy).
