[Test-Equipment] Need 500K linear taper multi-turn pot

Hi, looking for a pot to replace the Voltage Adjust standard one on my 
Sprague TO-6A cap tester. Don't care if it's 3,5, or 10 turn. Tried the 
usual sources (Digikey, Mouser, Newark & Allied) with no luck.
